Job summary

Responsibilities include prompt, friendly service; stocking cups, lids, and supplies; applying FIFO; cleaning pop stations; and assisting in the Sports Bar as needed. Candidates need at least six months restaurant experience, good communication, and 21+ with OLCC and Food Handler certifications within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Six months restaurant experience in the past three years.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Good interpersonal skills to promote positive guest services.
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Possess or obtain a Food Handler Certification and OLCC card within 30 days.
• Requires a High-Security Gaming License clearance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to guests.
• Stock pop stations and replenish cups, lids, sugars, coffee, ice and dry goods.
• Store items using FIFO system.
• Clean and dispose trash in pop stations and service areas.
• Assist in the Sports Bar as needed.
• Keep stations neat and clean at all times.
• Maintain pop room and replace depleted products.
• Clean coffee equipment and pop dispensers.
• Support beverage servers to keep gaming floor clean.
• Report health/safety needs to Supervisor.
