The Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for leading and executing beverage operations that support the hotel's banquet, catering, and special event business. Reporting to the Banquet Manager and Director of Culinary & Event Services, this role serves as a key operational partner in the planning, coordination, and execution of beverage service and related event experiences.
The Beverage Operations Manager works closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure seamless event execution, exceptional guest experiences, luxury service standards, and achievement of financial and operational objectives. This position supports beverage program development, service execution, revenue growth, inventory and cost controls, colleague training, and continuous improvement across event operations. This leader champions beverage excellence while supporting the success of the hotel's catering, banquet, and special event business.
