ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide excellent customer service to guests, customers, and employees.
2. Greet customers entering the casino as needed.
3. Stay current on all marketing promotions and assist with promotions as needed.
4. Handle guest inquiries, problems, and requests promptly and professionally, in compliance with standards and regulations.
5. Offer prompt, courteous service to casino guests following policies and procedures, utilizing ACSC as needed.
6. Monitor guest needs continuously and fulfill requests promptly.
7. Maintain the appearance of the casino floor and work area.
8. Use POS systems accurately and efficiently.
9. Monitor guests' alcohol intake per training guidelines.
10. Assist with maintenance tasks such as side work and opening/closing duties.
11. Work as part of a team with servers, bartenders, bar backs, supervisors, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
12. Adhere to all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations of Gaming and Leisure Properties, Hollywood Casino Perryville, and Maryland State Lottery.
13. Have knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and stay updated on drink trends.
14. Mix and deliver drinks to guests.
15. Work independently with minimal supervision.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be at least 21 years old.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Basic computer skills.
4. Ability to obtain a Maryland Lottery License.

STARTING SALARY:

$12.00 to $15.00 per hour
