Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize finish product formulation using various flavor delivery systems.
• Write production formulas with batching instructions with peer review.
• Participate in routine taste panels to understand flavor language.
• Collaborate on major projects to contribute to winning submissions.
• Work on projects with ambiguity with support of Sr. applications technologist.
• Provide technical support to customers during demos and presentations with account managers.
• Stay current with new ingredients, flavor trends and industry standards.
