Located in Wauconda, Illinois, the position is onsite and reports to the Associate Director of Product Development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in food science or applied science.
• Experience in flavor delivery systems and product formulations.
• Strong documentation and laboratory organization skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimize product formulations using flavor systems.
• Lead processing of batches and demonstrate mixing skills.
• Write production formulas with peer review.
• Participate in taste panels and provide input.
