Job summary

Superior Beverage Group in Ohio is seeking an Account Manager to drive distribution and sales in Southern Ohio counties. You’ll build relationships with store managers, execute retail programs, and manage inventory and displays.

This full-time role requires strong organization, customer focus, and the ability to lift cases and work in varying weather. Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), paid holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience in consumer goods is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Experience with merchandising and retail programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and grows relationships with store managers and staff.
• Executes retail programs and maintains planogram integrity.
• Reviews customer orders and ensures appropriate inventory levels.
• Sets up new displays and refreshes existing ones.
• Ensures pricing and POS materials are correct.
• Coordinates with delivery and merchandising support.
• Works safely and complies with company policies and regulations.
• Lifts/moves products as required (up to 35 lbs).
