Job summary

Superior Beverage Group is seeking a diligent Sales Merchandiser to represent our brand in Northeast and Central Ohio retail locations. You will partner with Account Managers and drivers to set up displays, rotate stock, and ensure accurate pricing while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role is physically active, with opportunities for growth in sales, operations, or administration. A strong work ethic, reliability, and valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift 35-pound cases and 168-pound kegs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Previous sales or merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain eye-catching product displays using current promotional materials.
• Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper shelf placement.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery Drivers to execute sales and merchandising strategies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor pricing and report discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
• Promote a positive company image through excellent service and relationship-building.
