Job summary

Columbia Distributing seeks a Sales Associate to support sales, merchandising and distribution goals across assigned accounts in Washington. This full-time role involves executing business objectives and company initiatives.

You will travel locally to customer accounts, build relationships, and maintain industry knowledge of beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and related trends. Requires high school diploma and valid driver’s license; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required; Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell, rotate and merchandise the Columbia Distributing portfolio in all assigned accounts.
• Provide route relief for Sales Representatives as scheduled.
• Interact respectfully and maintain dialogue with inter-company departments, suppliers and customers.
• Establish and maintain a high level of industry knowledge: beer, non-alcoholic, food journals, trends, market share, etc.
