Job summary

Wis-Pak is hiring a Quality Assurance Lab Technician for the 2nd shift in Quincy, IL. The role involves sanitizing tanks, handling ingredients, and maintaining QA records to ensure beverage quality across production lines.

You will work 2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday, with a competitive pay range and shift differential; opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits are highlighted in the role.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education or equivalent and basic mathematical skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Requires the ability to operate and utilize a computer, and laboratory and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize tanks and equipment to ensure quality standards.
• Locate ingredients in inventory and transport to syrup room per standards.
• Unload sugar/concentrate.
• Maintain records and logs of procedures and results.
• Interpret scheduling requirements and plan priorities accordingly.
• Periodically perform inventory checks and rotate ingredients.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and safe.
