Job summary

Generous Brands in Bakersfield, CA, is seeking a QC Technician for the 2nd shift to ensure quality across beverages, dressings, and other products. This full-time role reports to the Supervisor and offers an hourly pay range of $20.25–$22.00.

You will perform lab analyses, prepare samples, conduct audits, and maintain equipment while following GMP and safety standards. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; or three to six months of related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and Word.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality analysis and control for beverage and other products with limited supervision.
• Perform daily production audits and line audits against established guidelines.
• Sample collection, operation of lab equipment, data analysis and entry, shipment of samples.
• Calibrates and maintain laboratory equipment and perform QA, hygiene and GMP oversight.
• Enforces plant QA, hygiene and GMP policies and completes quality paperwork.
