Job summary

Fluence is looking for a maintenance technician responsible for ensuring site safety and performing scheduled maintenance on BESS equipment. Candidates should have a high school degree along with 2-4 years of experience in the electrical or renewable energy sectors.

Your role will include troubleshooting electrical systems, managing vendor relations, and maintaining efficient communication with the team. The position requires travel and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in electrical or renewable energy industries.
• Experience interpreting schematic drawings and following QC procedures.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and travel frequently.

Responsibilities
