Responsibilities include:

• Preparing appetizers, sandwiches, calzones, pizza, grilled, and pasta dishes according to Bertucci's specifications
• Knowledgeable in all behind-the-line areas for flexible scheduling
• Food rotation, setup, breakdown, stocking, presentation, and cleaning
• Preparing food accurately and promptly
• Monitoring and maintaining correct temperatures of ovens, coolers, and freezers
• Inspecting stock levels and reviewing prep sheets with the manager
• Storing, unpacking, and retrieving food items properly
• Monitoring equipment functionality and reporting issues
