Join Our Team as a Kitchen / Pasta Cook at Bertucci's

We are building our brand and looking for dedicated employees to join the Bertucci's family! Our restaurant features a distinctive brick oven, which is central to our authentic flavors and culinary culture. We are seeking passionate individuals to help us grow brick by brick through innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing appetizers, sandwiches, calzones, pizza, grilled, and pasta dishes according to Bertucci's specifications
  • Maintaining knowledge of all kitchen areas to support flexible scheduling
  • Food rotation, setup, breakdown, and stocking
  • Ensuring food is prepared accurately and timely
  • Monitoring and maintaining proper temperatures of ovens, coolers, and freezers
  • Inspecting stock levels and reviewing prep sheets with the manager
  • Storing and retrieving food items properly
  • Reporting equipment malfunctions and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met
