The 936 bricks that make up each one of our brick ovens are the cornerstone of our kitchen and the foundation of our authentic flavor.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Stack clean dishes on racks, ensuring that clean water and detergent are used in the dishwasher.
2. Deliver clean dishes to designated areas for use as time permits.
3. Rinse bus buckets, clean, and dry pots, pans, utensils, and dough boxes.
4. Remove trash and maintain general cleanliness of the work area.
5. Receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors as needed.
6. Assist cooks with prep as needed.
7. Prepare the dishwashing machine for daily activity by visually inspecting the machine for cracked or broken equipment and/or dishes.
8. Identify broken and/or cracked dishes and discard them appropriately.
9. Monitor the dishwashing machine for correct operation and report malfunctions promptly.
10. Clean the dishwasher and surrounding area throughout the day and at the close of business.

Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Commitment to high standards.
3. Ability to work well under pressure.
4. Ability to remain standing and active for a 9-hour shift.
5. Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
6. Some heavy lifting (up to 75lbs).
