Job summary

Fiesta Chevrolet in McAllen, Texas seeks a Finance Manager to oversee all financial and state documentation within our auto group. You will play a vital role by providing knowledge and support to our finance department, contributing to financial growth and success.

You will manage loan/titling processes, maintain lender relationships, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while aiding the sales team to maximize CSI and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of dealership experience.
• Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet dealership sales and F&I goals and support the finance department.
• Explain financing options and protect customer interests.
• Process loan/titling and related documents accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain lender relationships and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales to refer new business to the finance department.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all financial and state documentation. The Finance Manager position plays a vital role within our Auto Group by providing knowledge and support to our finance department. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial growth and success of our company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Meet dealership sales and F&I goals
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Survey scores
• Explain features, advantages, and benefits regarding options best suited for our customers
• Processes loan/titling and miscellaneous documents efficiently and in compliance with government agencies
• Maintain great lender relationships
• Clearly explains all aspects of a customer’s purchase and vehicle protections ensuring 100% satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Creating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the finance department
• Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Understanding and complying with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments
• Customer Service Professional
• Collection of Contracts in Transit
• All other duties as assigned

• Organizational skills

• Proven track record of high CSI and profitability
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as implement and maintain processes
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years in dealership experience
