Located in St. Louis County, Berkeley is a well-connected community with convenient access to the greater St. Louis region. The community sits between Interstates 270 and 70 along Highway 170, providing excellent regional transportation access. Berkeley operates under a Council-Manager form of government. The governing body consists of seven members: the Mayor, one at-large Council Member, and five ward representatives. The City Manager serves as Berkeley’s Chief Administrative Officer and reports directly to the City Council.

The salary range for this position is $153,000–$165,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
