Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a BEOL reliability team representative with strong problem-solving and people-management skills. You will lead reliability improvement activities, plan evaluations for new tech qualifications, and design experiments to optimize CMOS processes.

The role requires a Master or Bachelor degree with 5+ years in WLR reliability, with proven leadership in cross-functional settings and strong data-driven decision making. On-site in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in WLR reliability.
• Experience leading teams in reliability projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for reliability improvement activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Identify, plan, and execute reliability evaluations for qualification, process changes and abnormal events.
• Design, execute, and analyze designed experiments to improve semiconductor fabrication processes.
• Utilize statistical tools and reliability models to extract lifetime from time-to-fail data.
• Conduct reliability assessment to ensure robust and optimized fabrication processes.
• Harmonize management goals into the group’s daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to meet KPIs.
