Job summary

Qualifications

• Native-level Bengali proficiency.
• English written and verbal communication at least B2.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment valued.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate language differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clear feedback.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio clips in Bengali and evaluate nativeness and fluency of speaker or model output.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity per guidelines.
• Document assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation for clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content.
• Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Bengali language understanding and generation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of audio review tasks with high quality standards.
