Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Bengali.
• Minimum English proficiency of B2.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Bengali audio clips and evaluate nativeness and fluency of speech or model output.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity per guidelines.
• Document assessments with clear, concise feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities.
• Contribute insights to improve AI model performance in Bengali language understanding and generation.
• Maintain timely and high-quality completion of audio review tasks.
