Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2 years of benefit administration experience, or 6+ years in the field.
• THRP certification or willingness to obtain within first year.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs.
• Coordinate enrollment, renewals, and distribute benefits documentation.
• Maintain HIPAA certification and manage employee records in HRIS.
• Prepare reports for ACA compliance and government filings.
• Collaborate with payroll/finance and vendors.
