Towne Insurance is seeking a Benefits Technology Support Specialist to join our Norfolk or Charlotte team. You will help maintain the data integrity of AMS+/Quote+/EPIC and related benefits systems, supporting projects and delivering required reports.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel. It offers competitive pay and benefits with opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity in AMS+/Quote+/EPIC and related systems.
• Perform ongoing database analysis and maintenance for plans, carriers, and coverage.
• Assist with projects and reporting to clean up data in AMS+/Quote+/EPIC.
• Audit plan data and test rates as needed in AMS+/Quote+/EPIC.
• Liaise with carriers for plans and rates when required.
• Support AMS+/Quote+/EPIC users in creating and maintaining client data sites.
