Job summary

You’ll join a values-driven culture, network with senior leaders, and collaborate across the organization while contributing to meaningful work that supports clients and the business. The internship combines on-site three days per week with remote Thursdays and Fridays, focusing on Employee Benefits.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Interest in employee benefits, insurance, consulting, client service, or sales.
• Active involvement in related organizations such as Gamma Iota Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects supporting clients, associates, and business.
• Learn how IMA partners with employers to evaluate, develop, and manage employee benefits programs.
• Gain exposure to medical, dental, vision, life and other employer-sponsored benefits.
• Support client service teams with day-to-day projects and activities.
• Shadow Account Managers, Account Executives, Consultants, Producers, and other Employee Benefits professionals.
