Job summary

GetixHealth is seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to support administration, compliance, and communication of our employee benefits programs. You will guide employees and leaders, ensure regulatory compliance, and support processes within UKG.

Responsibilities include enrolling employees, managing life events, supporting insured and self-insured plans, and presenting benefits information to new hires during open enrollment. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with retirement and group insurance plans.
• Leave management experience preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills (V-Lookups, X-Lookups, etc.).
• Experience with UKG strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

GetixHealth is seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to support the administration, compliance, and communication of our employee benefits programs. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders by providing benefits guidance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting benefits-related processes within UKG.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
