Responsibilities

• Verify patient benefits for major medical and pharmacy plans
• Coordinate prior authorizations per payer guidelines
• Review patient assistance enrollment forms and determine eligibility
• Assist callers and provide consultative support to patients and providers
• Document interactions and maintain compliance with SOPs
• Use PharmaCord Lynk to process claims and manage workflows
