Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Benefits Specialist to administer employee benefits programs and support vendor management, reporting, and analytics. The role includes open enrollment and ongoing benefits support, with a focus on compliance and accurate benefits processing in a fast-growing organization.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in benefits, strong Excel skills, and a customer-service mindset to assist employees across leave administration, eligibility, and benefits inquiries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in Benefits related subspecialty of Human Resources.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions and data manipulation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Administer leave management including short/long-term disability, FMLA, and workers’ compensation.
• Assist employees with benefit-related issues and questions with excellent customer service.
• Prepare and compile reports on benefits usage, costs and trends for management review.
