This role is a hybrid role in our new Kansas City office, in the Crossroads district. **Essential Responsibilities:*** Process employee benefit enrollments according to client agreements with Avant.* Provide phone-based support for enrollments, new hire onboarding, qualifying life events, eligibility, and general inquiries.* Serve as a Service Advocate for clients and internal account teams.* Contribute to developing and improving processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.* Maintain detailed product knowledge, documentation, and underwriting guidelines for each case.* Navigate and capture elections across various benefits administration systems.* Ensure data accuracy and uphold quality assurance standards.* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate information flow.* Participate in enrollment trainings and document case-specific details for team use.* Support internal teams, clients, and brokers with special projects and ongoing operational needs.**Qualifications:*** High school diploma required; college degree preferred.* Active state specific Life & Health Insurance agent’s license required* 2-4 years of HR or Employee Benefits experience required. Knowledge of and experience with benefit plans and administration is a plus.
