Job summary

Parkway School District is seeking a Benefits Specialist to manage health, dental, and vision benefits, pension plans and life insurance for employees. The role supports wellness initiatives and benefits administration in a year-round, 12-month schedule at our Administration Building in West County.

The position is non-exempt, 8 hours per day, 12 months, with starting pay of $23.28 per hour and up (based on experience). Open 9/25/2026; Closes 10/4/2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee benefits administration.
• Knowledge of benefit plans (health, dental, vision, 403(b), 457).
• Ability to manage wellness-related items and payroll deductions.
