Job summary

The Briggs Agencies is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our benefits sales team. You’ll work with individuals, families, and businesses to tailor insurance and benefits solutions that protect their financial future.

This is a commission-only role with training provided. Hybrid work setup includes in-field client meetings and in-office collaboration with your local team.

Responsibilities

• Client consultations - Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Sales presentations - Present and explain available insurance and benefits solutions.
• Relationship management - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective customers.
• Business development - Identify new opportunities and build a sustainable client base.
• Follow-up - Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Product knowledge - Learn and stay current on available products, services, and industry requirements.
• Goal management - Work toward individual activity, sales, and performance goals.
• Licensing - Obtain and maintain the state licensing required to sell applicable insurance products.
