Holmes Murphy & Associates in Denver, CO offers a Summer 2027 Employee Benefits Sales Internship onsite. Interns will rotate through the Brokerage Service team and the Sales group, gaining a broad view of Holmes Murphy and the insurance industry while identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships.

Activities include workshops, presentations, and community involvement to develop communication skills and expose interns to leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or pursuing enrollment at a 4-year college.
• Intern majors include business, finance, sales, entrepreneurship, marketing, health promotion, or risk management & insurance.

Responsabilités

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Assist in building relationships with prospective clients
• Collaborate across departments to deliver value-driven proposals
• Support full-time sales team members contributing to profitability
• Attend sales meetings
• Attend community activities & association meetings to promote Holmes Murphy
• Prepare and deliver proactive sales presentations to leaders and mentors
• Additional duties as assigned
