AgentBase in Violet, LA is seeking a Benefits Sales Representative for an in-office, contract-based role. You will work with individuals, families, and businesses to assess needs and provide insurance and benefits solutions to protect financial futures.

No prior sales experience is required, as training and resources are provided to develop the necessary skills. Licensing will be pursued to enable selling applicable insurance products, with uncapped earning potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required.
• Licensing to sell applicable insurance products will be obtained and maintained.
