Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to guide and support team members through benefits and Total Rewards programs. You will educate, enroll, and resolve benefit-related questions while partnering with vendors and internal teams to improve service quality.

You will help onboard new hires, assist with annual enrollment, and ensure accurate administration of health, welfare, and retirement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business-related field preferred or 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for Total Rewards programs for team members including health, welfare, retirement plans and resources.
• Provides education and guidance to help enroll in and utilize benefits.
• Responds to inquiries regarding eligibility, coverage, enrollment, and life events.
• Delivers outreach to improve Total Rewards awareness and team member experience.
