The Benefits Representative is responsible for direct management and oversight of individual's field performance, including new business acquisition and existing portfolio management.

Our agency already services over 1000 companies/municipalities in South Carolina, but it only accounts for 3% of the marketplace. That leaves 97% that still need our services.

The Benefits Representative’s responsibilities include:

1. Responding to clients' inquiries in a professional manner.
2. Providing sound financial advice to clients to protect their assets.
3. Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products or services purchased.
4. Building rapport with clients and continually meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Ultimately, a top-performing Benefits Representative should be knowledgeable of financial regulations and demonstrate exceptional communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
