A leading insurance provider is seeking a Benefits Representative in Springfield, IL. You will help retirees protect their financial well-being by recommending supplemental insurance solutions. This is a commission-based role with potential earnings of $70K–$90K in the first year. The position requires strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with clients directly. Comprehensive training and support will be provided.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually or in person with association members to understand their needs and recommend supplemental insurance solutions.
• Educate clients through one-on-one consultations, webinars, and group presentations.
• Use a consultative sales approach to help retirees protect their health, income, and legacy — including options like Fixed Indexed Annuities for long-term retirement planning.
• Stay engaged with ongoing training, mentorship, and business planning to continuously improve your performance.
