Ravenwood Specialty Care in Waterloo, IA, is seeking a Benefits & Payroll Manager to join our administrative team. This full-time role oversees payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, and employee records, ensuring accurate payroll reconciliation and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field, preferred.
• Training/education in record keeping, bookkeeping/accounting, payroll, and general administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer systems
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities
