Crestview Specialty Care, a part of Care Initiatives, seeks a part-time Benefits & Payroll Manager for the West Branch, IA area. This role supports payroll, benefits, and HR record-keeping within a multi-site nursing care network.

You will handle onboarding, payroll setup, and reporting while ensuring accurate pay and compliant processes. The position emphasizes teamwork and impeccable attention to detail in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Training/education in record keeping, bookkeeping/accounting, payroll and general administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure pay accuracy.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities:
