Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Benefits Manager to own the U.S. benefits function in a newly created, high-impact role.

This individual contributor position offers a hybrid schedule and the opportunity to build and streamline benefits programs across a growing organization. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end benefits programs, lead open enrollment, and collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and HR to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or total rewards within professional services.
• Strong background in managing end-to-end benefits programs, ideally in a stand-alone or highly autonomous role.
• Experience overseeing programs for a mid-sized employee population (approximately 500-1,000 employees).
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and broker relationships, including involvement in renewals.
• Bachelor's degree required.
