About the Role:
Under the direction of the Senior Payroll & Benefits Manager, the Benefits & Leaves Administrator plays a critical role in managing and administering employee benefits and leave programs to ensure compliance and to ensure the Company’s benefit programs remain competitive. This position is responsible for managing the accurate processing of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations, as well as, managing leave of absence requests including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other statutory leaves. The role requires close collaboration with HR, payroll, and external vendors to maintain seamless benefits delivery and resolve any issues promptly, as well as, provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits and leave entitlements, ensuring clear communication and a positive employee experience. Ultimately, this role ensures that the organization’s benefits and leave programs are administered efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.

This role requires strong knowledge and analytical skills essential to interpret relevant laws and regulation requirements and be able to apply policies correctly to prevent legal risks. In addition, this role will ensure compliance, accurate processing and managing of complex benefits and leave programs daily while ensuring employee satisfaction. This roles must be proficient in ADP HRIS and benefits-administration software to facilitate efficient data management and tracking (i.e., efficient processing of enrollments, changes, and leave tracking), and reporting.
Attention to detail, organizational and communication skills are critical to coordinate cross-functional activities such as managing multiple concurrent cases, maintaining accurate records, meeting deadlines, and providing clear guidance to employees on their benefits and leave options. Additionally, problem-solving skills are required to frequently apply when resolving discrepancies, communicating and addressing employee concerns, and coordinating with various internal and external employees and vendors. Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a Team environment.
Preferred qualifications and experience may enhance the administrator’s ability to handle diverse and evolving regulatory environments, improving overall program effectiveness.
