A leading company is seeking a Benefits & Leave Coordinator for a remote position. The role involves responding to employee inquiries, assisting with Open Enrollment, and providing administrative support to the Compensation team. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration and a Bachelor’s degree. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities:
Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, leaves of absence, and open enrollment
Provide backup support to the Benefits Analyst and Leave Coordinator when out of office
Assist with Open Enrollment planning and execution, including system testing, communications, and employee support during the enrollment window
Provide administrative support to the Compensation team, including uploading/updating job descriptions in SAI360 and formatting/typing role summaries
Provide support to ongoing Total Rewards projects
Experience/Preferred Skills Required:
Combined 2–4 years of experience in employee benefits and leave of absence administration
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant HR/benefits experience
Familiarity with open enrollment processes and benefits communication
Comfort navigating benefit systems and general HR tools (experience with UKG Pro and UKG Benefits Administration a plus)
Summary of Duties:
Answer employee inquiries related to benefits, leaves of absence, and open enrollment
Serve as backup for Benefits Analyst and Leave Coordinator during absences
Assist with open enrollment system setup, testing, communications, and employee support
Upload and update job descriptions in SAI360; format and finalize content for Compensation team
Support administrative tasks across ongoing Total Rewards projects

Combined 2–4 years of experience in employee benefits and leave of absence administration
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant HR/benefits experience
Familiarity with open enrollment processes and benefits communication
