Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with health insurance and benefits, enrollment, billing, and account maintenance. You’ll partner with our Outside Sales Team to ensure a smooth sales and enrollment process and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Initially, the selected candidate will travel to the office full-time for six months; after training, the work model will be hybrid.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with CRM.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with questions about health insurance, benefits, billing, and account services.
• Handle incoming calls and conduct outbound calls as needed.
• Help customers navigate online enrollment portals, billing systems, and carrier platforms.
• Provide clear, accurate information about policies and health insurance benefits.
• Troubleshoot account issues and help identify solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve more complex customer inquiries.
• Follow up on open customer service matters to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Work across multiple systems while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Meet established service, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
