Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Customer Support Representative to partner with our Outside Sales Team and assist in enrollment processes while handling a wide range of customer and sales requests.

Travel to the office full-time for the first six months; after training, a hybrid work model will apply. You will respond to inquiries, guide customers through enrollment portals, and maintain accurate records across carrier systems.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls regarding health insurance, benefits and billing.
• Assist callers with enrollment portals and billing systems.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients as needed.
• Advise customers on policies and benefits across multi-carrier plans.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries.
• Navigate a computerized data entry system and maintain documentation.
