Job summary

Western Growers Group is seeking a Supervisor, Benefit Distribution and Installation to lead the Installation, Plan Coding/Testing, and Group Setup teams for WGAT and PCMI. You will oversee new business implementation, plan changes, and rate renewals, ensuring accurate processing and compliance.

This role requires BA/BS in business and several years in health insurance, plus 2+ years directing staff. Travel up to 5% across the U.S., mainly CA and AZ, with a focus on driving operational

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business or related field and five years in health insurance/health benefit industry.
• Two+ years directing and supervising staff to expected performance objectives.
• Proficient in MS Word and spreadsheets.
• Strong problem solving and decisiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of new WGAT/PCMI business, including plan changes and renewals.
• Lead Installation, Plan Coding/Testing, and Group Setup teams for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with brokers, sales, and TPAs.
• Provide weekly updates and drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
• Ensure invoicing and system coding accuracy for health plans.
