Job summary

Western Growers Assurance Trust (WGAT) and Pinnacle Claims Management Inc. (PCMI) seek a detail-oriented HCPS administrator to set up new groups, manage changes, and ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.

You will handle 125/105 (FSA/HSA) accounts, audits, and billing structures within the Health Care Processing System. Ideal candidates have HIPAA/ERISA knowledge, strong MS Office skills, and experience in healthcare enrollment and billing, with project management and customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with 2–4 years in healthcare enrollment and billing preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, Cal-COBRA, ERISA, and Section 125/105 legislation highly desired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a proprietary Health Care system (HCPS).
• Self-motivated, organized and deadline-driven with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and entry of all new business and group changes for HCPS for WGAT and PCMI across plan types.
• Accurate entry of renewal plan and rate changes; maintain membership designation and fees on HCPS.
• Set up, enrollment and auditing of new Section 125/105 (FSA/HSA) accounts on the HCPS.
• Research and analyze documentation for new or existing accounts; recommend account structures for billing/invoicing.
• Manage invoice process and audit information in HCPS, Client Online, and Vendor Remit; resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain Group Setup status and production reports; generate sample invoices and census reports.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements; document SOPs.
