We are seeking a Benefits HRIS Analyst to join our Firm. This position will be based in our New York office (hybrid). Position Overview This role will support the Senior Reporting and Configurations Analyst with the overall technical functionality of the Benefits Department applications and configurations, with major emphasis on Workday. Primary responsibilities will include report writing and associated quantitative analysis, data quality assurance and the development/analysis of statistics to transform data in consumable and actionable insights. This role will provide broad technical and project support to the Benefits Department. This role is hybrid and will be based in New York.
Manages Firm resources responsibly. Regular and reliable physical presence to work as part of a team. Complies with and understands Firm operation, policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years of Workday benefits HRIS experience required
