Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; experience in lieu of education may be considered.
• 2 years HR, benefits or office experience required.
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with all levels of team members including management.
• Ability to input and retrieve data in HRIS in a timely manner.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
• Ability to work independently to organize work and handle multiple projects.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to changes in work priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication; communicate positively and respectfully.
