Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• 2+ years of paralegal, legal, or benefits support experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or similar setting.
• Willingness to commute to a local office 3–4 days per week.
• Experience supporting employee benefits, executive compensation, tax, corporate, or ERISA practices.
• Familiarity with ERISA, Internal Revenue Code provisions, and benefit plans.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Assist attorneys with employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including retirement and health plans and compliance.
• Draft, proofread, review, redline, and revise legal documents and related materials.
• Conduct legal, regulatory, and factual research on benefits and compensation matters.
• Assist with due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.
• Prepare and review plan documents, SPDs, and related compliance materials.
• Manage document requests, due diligence reports, and summaries of plan information.
