Job summary

Warner Pacific Insurance in Urbandale, IA seeks an Account Support Specialist to manage enrollment processes, maintain client records, and liaise with carriers and internal teams. This 8am–5pm onsite role requires attention to detail, customer service excellence, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced benefits environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience in employee benefits (group health, dental, vision, life, or worksite products) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, BenefitPoint) preferred.
• Experience with enrollment platforms (Ease, Employee Navigator) preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Process and oversee enrollment requests (new hires, terminations, changes) with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage enrollment activities through carrier portals.
• Update client data in Salesforce from receipt to completion.
• Coordinate data submissions with carriers and gather client questionnaires.
• Follow up with carriers on enrollment, terminations, and billing discrepancies.
• Conduct audits and handle complex enrollment exceptions.
• Support related tasks to assist the team and business operations.
