Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to participants and beneficiaries regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims status.
• Documents inquiries and maintains current system notes of conversations or actions taken.
• Updates files and processes forms as requested by members.
• Initiates action requests (stop pay, return to work, address changes) and follows up to complete them.
• Researches and resolves complex calls.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
