The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least six months in a related field, with strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months in customer service, third-party administrator processing, or benefits administration preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
• Strong reading, interpretation, and written communication skills.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to participants and beneficiaries regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims status.
• Document inquiries and update case files with notes of actions taken.
• Process health and welfare benefits administration tasks and forms for members.
• Initiate and track Action Requests (stop pay, return to work, address changes).
• Research and resolve complex calls.
