Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a reception area or call center with high-volume data entry and accurate information gathering.
• Associate degree requirement with six months of relevant experience (if applicable).
• Experience interpreting/explaining rules and providing program information.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment with professional service.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries about programs and case information.
• Input incoming tasks into the database and create working batches.
• Process administrative tasks related to eligibility in One System.
• Explain procedures for benefits applications and hearings.
• Make decisions or recommended actions based on TANF/SNAP/ERDC policies.
• Screen eligibility for ODHS programs and provide procedural information.
