Cal Poly’s Benefits Coordinator role supports the university’s benefits programs, partnering with the Director of Payroll and Benefits to deliver accurate enrollment, eligibility guidance, and responsive service to a diverse employee population.

This full-time temporary position (12 months) is eligible for full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and CalPERS retirement. Strong communication, detail orientation, and data handling are essential for success.
